    Insure goal weights are placed on goals.  Correct placement of goal weights is shown below.  Satchel bar is perpendicular to goal bar.  Satchel is placed as far to the back of the goal as possible.

Commissioners,

 

    Please forward the attached flyer to your coaches with instructions to forward to their teams' parents.  Stress the Parents Clinic and guest speakers as a reason for attending.  The consensus at Monday's board meeting was this event would provide a wealth of information to parents new to or unaware of the travel or high school programs.  Thanks.

U8 Coaches:

Here are my notes from the PTSA board meeting last night:

For Your Parents

• 2007/2008 Registration (in person) will be April 14 and April 21st at the Rec Center.
• PTSA Family Night will be held April 14th - starting at 5:30pm
• We are looking for folks interested in joining the PTSA board. Anyone interested can contact me at abelfiore@gmail.com .
  

For Coaches

• A few of the U8 goals blew over during a windy evening last night. This is not good. We plan on resolving this issue as soon as possible by placing sand bags on each of the goals. Until we get this done, please be careful with the nets and your kids. I would encourage you to flip them down on the ground. We plan on filling up and placing sand bags early this evening. If anyone can help us with the sandbags tonight it would be appreciated. You can call me (412.327.6464) if you are available to help.
• Those poor 9am coaches have yet another responsibility. The U8 boys coaches are now responsible for placing both PSC (Peterswood Soccer Complex) signs at both entrances before the 9am games.
  
• Under the Coaching tab on our website, the login information for the MLS Coaching Guides has changed to Peters_Twp (the underscore is new).
