I look forward to seeing everyone at the AGM which serves two very important functions: First, to thank all our Coaches for (i) volunteering and managing their teams to contribute toward achieving the objectives of the Peters Township Soccer Association, and (ii) building enthusiasm for the sport of soccer so their players build the foundation for a life-long love of "the beautiful game", and second, to elect the leadership of PTSA for the next annual period.
Attached is the ballot, duly endorsed by the current Board of Directors, for the 2008-09 Board election to take place at the Annual General Meeting on June 5th (see election process below). All voting members of PTSA (Board Members, Commissioners, Head Coaches (or an Assistant Coach designee, one per team) are expected to attend and participate.
Commissioners, please send out to all your Coaches ASAP as your email to them will be their official notice of the meeting.
Hors d'oeuvres , beer and wine will be served. Please RSVP to me by email regarding your attendance (and with an estimate of the number of Coaches from your league that are anticipated to attend, for food planning).
