Subject: Max and Erma's Proceed Day Fundraiser
To all soccer families:
This year's Max and Erma's Proceed Day Fundraiser for the PTHS Soccer Boosters is Tuesday, October 2, at our local Peters Township Max and Erma's restaurant. Please mark your calendars now for this event!
This is a simple fundraiser for our group which has been very successful in the past. Our booster group will receive 20% of all food and beverage sales that day when a PTHS Soccer Booster Flyer is presented for the order (See attachment). Please note that this is not a discount on orders, but simply a fundraiser.
So please print out, hand out, or forward by e-mail, the attached flyer to family members, friends, and neighbors for their use. We will receive the 20% of sales proceeds for orders all through the day - lunch, dinner, and carry-out.
Please note two stipulations:
You must present the flyer for your sale to be counted in our total.
You may not distribute flyers on the Max and Erma's property. This includes the parking lot. We will forfeit ALL
proceeds if this occurs.
There are no games on Tuesday, October 2, so plan on going with your family, team, friends, or neighbors for this event!!!
