For the past couple of weeks PA West had been trying to find us a trainer for the Y module this Friday and Next Friday at the rec center. They found us a good one. Jeroen Walstra the head coach at Point Park. Please pass this note along to you coaches. It is a free training for the coaches. If we can round up 15 we can do the class. I know it is short notice but hopefully we can make the number. They can register from this link or go to the coaching page at the PA West Web site.
We will need a team for 10/5 to bring in to the rec center. Please make sure everyone wears gym shoes.
